Residential Lighting Design
A complete lighting scheme, from concept to specification.
Our core service. We design the full lighting scheme for your home — every room, every layer, every moment of the day. We work from your architect's drawings, collaborate with your interior designer, and produce a complete specification that your contractor can build from.

We meet with you and your team to understand the architecture, the brief, and how you want to live in the space.
Concept design
We develop a lighting concept — mood, palette, key moments — and present it for your feedback.
Detailed design
We refine the scheme into a full room-by-room design, selecting fixtures and specifying positions, circuits, and controls.
Specification package
You receive a complete specification document — fixture schedules, layout drawings, control system brief — ready for your contractor.

Project Collaboration
Embedded expertise for your team.
We work as an integrated part of your project team — alongside architects, interior designers, and contractors — from early design through to site completion. We attend site meetings, review shop drawings, and ensure the lighting is installed exactly as designed.

We join your project team at the design stage and align with your programme and deliverables.
Design development
We develop the lighting design in parallel with the architecture and interior design, attending coordination meetings as needed.

We produce the full specification and support procurement — reviewing submittals and answering contractor queries.
Site support & sign-off
We visit site at key stages, review the installation, and sign off the lighting on practical completion.
